The brief
Curate a fashion-and-beauty afternoon for Black Fashion Week that spotlights local Black designers, boutiques and beauty artists.
What we produced
A live runway with three designers (Kathryn Rogers of House of KLynn, Satiya Amporful of Uniquely Global and Marques Armstrong of Renaissance), a beauty showcase, vendors, refreshments, games and a "Chic Impact" best-dressed contest.
The result
Minnesota's top models took the runway, and Sister Spokesman honored Richard and fellow fashion icon Sara Rogers for their contributions to the industry.
