Richard Moody

Richard's path started on the runway as a model and grew into producing, choreographing and hosting events across Minneapolis, Paris and London. He has been a brand ambassador, an emcee and an unofficial spokesperson for the causes and companies he believes in.

Through creativity and impeccable taste, IAmMoody has become a trusted event team in the Twin Cities: original party concepts, runway shows with meticulous planning, and results full of color, texture and imagination.

A career in fashion and community.

  • Began modeling while attending the University of Minnesota, including shows for Dayton's, Donaldson's and Powers'.
  • Produced and choreographed fashion shows in Paris and London.
  • Global brand ambassador for airforce Nutrisoda, attending events including the Grammys, the Oscars and the Aspen Food & Wine Festival.
  • Honoree at the 10th Annual Dress for Success gala in New York City (April 2007).
  • Volunteer producer and coach for the Minnesota 4-H Style Revue at the State Fair.
  • Curator and producer of Threads of Impact for Black Fashion Week (2025), honored by Sister Spokesman.
